Account Settings and Portal
Your account console is the central hub for configuring your organization and managing your team. From here you can control branding, display defaults, invoice content, email behavior, webhooks, payment settings, members, and organization details.
Branding
Upload a PNG logo and add a short caption to personalize your document previews and customer-facing output. You can replace or remove your logo at any time from the Branding page.
It's worth previewing your final document output after making changes — your logo and caption may appear differently depending on the export format.
Display Defaults
Display Options let you set defaults for how new estimates, invoices, and work views are presented. There are two groups of settings here:
- Invoice display defaults — control room pricing, line item pricing, list-style item display, and coat labels.
- Work display defaults — control whether line, room, section, or project time appears on work output.
These defaults apply to new or newly rendered work. Changing them won't retroactively update existing projects.
Invoice Content
Invoice Content is where you manage reusable project note templates and your invoice disclaimer text. Note templates help you standardize the language that gets added to new projects, and the disclaimer appears below customer document content.
Because estimates and invoices can share page behavior, preview your output after editing to make sure your wording lands the way you expect.
Email
Email settings give you control over three things: internal copy routing, customer reply addresses, and the introductory text on estimate and invoice emails.
Internal copy lists are validated before saving, so you'll know right away if an address is malformed. For reply routing, you can either use a shared support address or let replies go back to the project creator.
Webhooks
Webhooks are your current integration surface in EstimateSync. You can configure endpoints for:
- Estimate-ready notifications — fire when an estimate is ready to send.
- Inbound lead import — pull leads into EstimateSync from an external source.
- Mark-as-complete — trigger a completion event from an outside system.
Set each one up by providing an endpoint URL and saving your configuration.
Payments
Payment Settings define your organization-level defaults for payment requests. You can configure:
- Email receipt behavior
- Default deposit amounts
- Cash and check instructions
- Payment links
Payment links must use HTTPS URLs. They open outside of EstimateSync, so treat them as external destinations you're pointing your customers to.
Members and Organization
Members and Organization controls live in the account console, but the details — roles, invites, ownership transfer, leaving, and rejoining — are covered in the team access guide.
