Project Statuses
A project's status controls what actions are available and whether you can edit the current estimate.
| Status | Meaning | Common actions |
|---|---|---|
| Drafting | The estimate is still being built. | Edit in Project Editor, review totals, send estimate. |
| Sent | A version has been published for the customer to view. | Revise estimate, mark as sold, review version history. |
| Revising | A new editable version has been created from previously sent or sold work. | Continue editing, send again, mark as sold. |
| Sold | The work has been won and can use invoice/payment tracking. | View invoice/payment progress, revise sold work. |
