AppointmentA scheduled customer interaction you can manage and convert into a project.
Calendar SyncLinks your device calendar so appointments stay in sync.
CatalogYour organization's library of saved item templates, ready to add to any room.
ContactA saved or imported customer record used for lookup, project prefill, and appointments.
CustomerThe person or business receiving an estimate, invoice, work communication, or appointment.
EstimateThe customer-facing proposal you send before work is sold or invoiced.
InvoiceThe customer-facing billing document for sold work.
ItemA single unit of work inside a room estimate.
Item typeThe calculation method an item uses (area per hour, length per hour, etc.).
OrganizationThe account or team boundary that owns shared work, members, settings, and data.
OwnerThe organization role with full control, including team access workflows.
ProjectThe core EstimateSync record for a customer job — includes customer info, status, versions, totals, notes, payments, and sharing state.
Project EditorThe estimating workspace where you build rooms, add items, set pricing, review totals, and configure editor settings.
Repair/prep itemAn item that adds labor and material cost without paint-gallon calculations.
RoomA configurable estimating area or surface group inside a project.
Room DefaultsProject-level defaults for room setup, dimensions, coats, and default items.
Team inviteA pending invitation to join a team organization.
Team memberA user who belongs to an organization with an assigned role and access boundaries.
VersionA project snapshot or sent version used for revision history.
WebhookA configured integration endpoint for callbacks and external connections.
Work orderThe crew-facing work scope shared after a project reaches the right status.
