| Active organization | The organization EstimateSync currently has loaded for your session. |
| Appointment | A scheduled customer interaction you can manage and convert into a project. |
| Calendar Sync | Links your device calendar so appointments stay in sync. |
| Catalog | Your organization's library of saved item templates, ready to add to any room. |
| Contact | A saved or imported customer record used for lookup, project prefill, and appointments. |
| Customer | The person or business receiving an estimate, invoice, work communication, or appointment. |
| Estimate | The customer-facing proposal you send before work is sold or invoiced. |
| Invoice | The customer-facing billing document for sold work. |
| Item | A single unit of work inside a room estimate. |
| Item type | The calculation method an item uses (area per hour, length per hour, etc.). |
| Organization | The account or team boundary that owns shared work, members, settings, and data. |
| Owner | The organization role with full control, including team access workflows. |
| Project | The core EstimateSync record for a customer job — includes customer info, status, versions, totals, notes, payments, and sharing state. |
| Project Editor | The estimating workspace where you build rooms, add items, set pricing, review totals, and configure editor settings. |
| Repair/prep item | An item that adds labor and material cost without paint-gallon calculations. |
| Room | A configurable estimating area or surface group inside a project. |
| Room Defaults | Project-level defaults for room setup, dimensions, coats, and default items. |
| Team invite | A pending invitation to join a team organization. |
| Team member | A user who belongs to an organization with an assigned role and access boundaries. |
| Version | A project snapshot or sent version used for revision history. |
| Webhook | A configured integration endpoint for callbacks and external connections. |
| Work order | The crew-facing work scope shared after a project reaches the right status. |
